Shipping policy

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel or modify their order within 3 hours of purchase. After this window, orders are sent into processing and production immediately to ensure smooth fulfillment.

Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be canceled, refunded, or changed.

Note: Returns are not accepted for items marked as final sale with discounts.


Production & Fulfillment

Many of our products are made-to-order or produced in limited batches. Once an order is processed, it will enter production before it is prepared for shipment.

Some specialty items may require additional production time before they are shipped, depending on the item, current order volume, and material availability.

By completing your purchase, you agree to these production timelines and policies.


Standard + Insured Shipping

If you've selected Standard + Insured shipping, you will be given the option to have your order reshipped, or refunded if the order is lost in transit.

If you ordered using "Free Shipping" or "Priority Processing" we will reship your package if it is lost during transit.


LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Westridge is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.


CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

United States: 7-15 Business days
Canada, Europe: 7-15 Business days
Australia, New Zealand: 7-15 Business days
Central & South America: 15-25 Business days
Asia: 7-15 Business days
Africa: 15-30 Business days

Max delivery time – 20 business days.

*This doesn't include our 1-4 day processing time.
*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays


TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.


MY TRACKING SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT"

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
